An initial phone call is the best way to set up our first meeting either in person or by Google Teams or Zoom. If you feel I am a good fit for your ceremony we will book the date then and your deposit of 50% is paid. Then we get down to business and I ask you all the things I need to know to write your ceremony - your stories and memories, your hopes and wishes, your choices and intentions. I can make suggestions for readings, poetry, music and actions to make the ceremony uniquely yours.

I'll then give you a timeframe for my writing, and send you a draft script, where you can be sure I've got your details right.

On the day I'll lead your ceremony with warmth and empathy so that you can be sure it's full of meaning and heart.

All ceremonies include:

A meeting with you in person or by Google Teams or Zoom

A draft script

An optional ceremony item such as a candle

Leading and delivery of the ceremony

A certificate

A presentation souvenir script

All my travel to meetings and bookings in the London area is included within my fee. Additional travel and personalisation of items may cost extra, and will be by arrangement: there will be no surprises.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% (subject to the 14-days statutory cooling off period) is due to secure the date.

The balance is due 28 days before the date of your Ceremony. Once this is paid, I will send you the first draft of the Ceremony.

If  circumstances change and you need to cancel or postpone your Ceremony, my full terms & conditions, provided before booking, give more information. I take every step to ensure I am there for you, but in the unlikely event of illness or an emergency, I have a network of trusted, professional Celebrants who can step in at short notice. They would use the ceremony script I have written for your family, so the words and tone remain exactly as planned. This way you have complete peace of mind that your ceremony will still go ahead just as you wanted.

All my travel is by public transport; one of the ways I am eco-conscious. If I can get there, your guests can get there! I live in North London, and any travel and/or accommodation expenses will only apply for Ceremonies outside the M25 or outside the UK, and will be agreed with you when booking.
